Package Your Gear
Place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
